Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India using our trusted logistics partner Shiprocket.

Delivery is available to all major cities, towns, and PIN codes served by Shiprocket.
Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

Remote / Outstation Locations: 7–10 business days
(Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, unforeseen circumstances, or festivals/holidays.)
Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout (based on location & order weight).

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on select PIN codes with an additional COD handling fee.
Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS from Shiprocket.

Undelivered / RTO Orders

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges will apply.
Damaged / Tampered Packages

Please do not accept delivery if the package is visibly damaged or tampered.
