At Dr. Rucha’s Tanvi Herbals, we strive to deliver your favorite Ayurvedic products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India using our trusted logistics partner Shiprocket.

  • Delivery is available to all major cities, towns, and PIN codes served by Shiprocket.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote / Outstation Locations: 7–10 business days

(Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, unforeseen circumstances, or festivals/holidays.)

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout (based on location & order weight).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on select PIN codes with an additional COD handling fee.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS from Shiprocket.

  • You can track your order status anytime using this link.

Undelivered / RTO Orders

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges will apply.

Damaged / Tampered Packages

  • Please do not accept delivery if the package is visibly damaged or tampered.
